Rosie B is heading back home to Boston today. She had a fun-filled trip in Alabama and can’t wait to come back!

Sunday!
Rosie B had fun meeting her Aunt Marilyn today after church. She’s enjoying her last full day in Alabama!
Outdoor Fun
Today Rosie B went to the Botanical Gardens to enjoy the beautiful weather and to see the sites. They have a “scarecrow” exhibit out, so, naturally, someone had made a Duck Dynasty group– so we got our picture made with them!
Happy Friday!
Rosie Beatrix was delighted to meet her Aunt Janet today! Then, on to a lunch date with Allie. These two are going to miss each other when we go back home in a few days.
Happy Birthday, Allie!
Happy Birthday to the most stylish one year old we know! Rosie Beatrix had a great time at her cousin Allie’s Dr. Seuss birthday party at the carousel!
Busy, Busy
Rosie B had an eventful day today! She went to the park with Allie, had Chickfila, tried on her first beauty queen crown (and looked FABulous), then had a visit with her dear friends, the Millers.
Helping in the Yard
Today, Rosie B helped Nana in the yard!
The Next Best Thing
There’s no Costco at Nana’s— but don’t worry, there’s a SAMs club, and today we shopped til we dropped (and ate pizza) .
Rosie B and Mimi
Rosie Beatrix went to meet her other great grandmother today, Mimi. Unfortunately, Mimi has Alzheimer’s disease and doesn’t really know who we are, but I think she enjoyed seeing Rosie B nonetheless. And Rosie gave her a big wet kiss on her way out. 🙂
Alabama Firsts
Today was a day of many firsts for Rosie Beatrix. She started off the day by going garage sale-ing bright and early where she rode her first little vehicle! Then, on to breakfast at Hardee’s, a swing on Granny’s old porch swing, playing with her first Barbie doll, and lunch out with the girls! Most importantly, Nana was able to pull her hair up into two teensy weensy pigtails (so adorable!).
